Really been a little depressed with regard to my family and my job as I don't have one, but I am going to prayer group this morning so that will be good. Have to just keep on the path and hope and pray for the best.
88.1 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
