Did drop a big .2 pounds but I was bad as went to Dairy Queen and that was not good but I had an ice creme cone, but I did go to Bible study right afterwards so maybe that made up for it. I am anxious need to get a job and get down to 150 and I am getting impatient, which is a bad thing.
87.3 kg Lost so far: 18.4 kg.    Still to go: 19.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
