I have got to start a little running and bike riding at the gym as I think my calorie intake is ok, but still have to increase my exercise as I have 41 pounds to go.
87.2 kg Lost so far: 18.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
