I'm no longer doing the fatsmaash, I bought Arnold Swarzennaggar's New Encyclopedia to body building and started from page one and am reading right through it. I still don't have the knowledge base to adhere to a strict training regimen, but as the book suggests, the first step is to just get in the gym. i've been going to the gym 5 days a week for 2+ hours at a time. I'm an endomorph so i've cut out all sugars, and fatty foods. i strictly eat food high in protein and very little amount of carbs, enough to hover around ketosis. I'm seeing great results and i think this might be a life change. I hope so!!!
98.2 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 18.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sounds like you are doing great. The best thing you can do for yourself is gain knowledge, so you have the ability to sort through all the false information out there. There is so much information on what is good and bad, and the more knowledge you have, the easier it is to sort though. Good luck!
