Lost .4 of a pound again and I have the magic formula for losing weight the gym and that treadmill. I get on it for an hour and just go sometimes at a job but mostly at a good walk and watch television while I am doing it and it is wonderful. I think that is the big ticket to losing weight. Jounralizing and exercise, man am I smart how many people have told me this is the way to lose weight?? Now it is on to my goal of 150 and I will be there soon. Eat slower and I have to start timing how fast I eat a mouthful, probably a minute or so for each mouthful, I love to eat fast though.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
