I have lost some weight about .4 of a pound and that is a wonderful thing. Now is a good time to just relax and be ok with it all. I am excited as soon I will be at below 180 and then on to 170.
84.5 kg Lost so far: 21.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
