Good weigh in this morning and I can now see the drop below 180 and soon it will be the drop below 170. I have to keep the big goal of weighing 150 in mind but then see the small incremental drops on a daily basis. Really feel going to this dealer school has been a god send as it will help me to focus and think on ways to lose weight and at night I am up and about and busy and not at home focusing on avoiding food. Need more rest.
84.1 kg Lost so far: 21.6 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
