Hopefully this will be the start of a big drop for me as I seem to channel alot when I am losing weight and that can be discouraging, but not to worry the weight will continue to drop.
84.3 kg Lost so far: 21.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
