Weight gain and that is strange but sort of expected as I did drop a bit yesterday and then it is up now. Next big drop will come shortly and then I will be below 180 and be 179 or so. Back to the gym.
83.6 kg Lost so far: 22.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
