Went to a baseball game and had popcorn and a brat and those two will kill a person they have so much salt and fat in them but it is ok to go crazy once in a while.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
