I did drop some weight but I think that I will have to start working out a little more and eat a little less and gee think that is the whole secret to losing weight. My next big challenge is to get to 170 pounds and that will take a little time but I will get it done.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
