Back to where I started at 183 and I think I have to drink more water as that seems to be the only thing I am really not doing. Had a job interview yesterday so hopefully that will get me a job and that will help with the old stress.
83.0 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Stress actually causes us to hold onto weight so reducing stress will help tremendously. Cortisol wreaks havoc on all systems of the body so try some meditation or relaxation techniques if you can. :)
