Good weigh in this morning and I gained .2 of a pound so no big deal. Feel better and have alot of stress in my life but it will soon pass as I am going to church and pray about it so it will soon be ok. Will start piano practicing soon and need a light for the piano and need to tickle the ivories. Also, need so much but mostly a job as being un employed is very hard on a person.
83.0 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
