Really depressed and un employed so this plays into the fact that I am struggling with my weight. It is ok as I did get a good amount of exercise in yesterday and today I will do even better. I feel better all the time.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
