I have gone down and that is wonderful. I really think that the gym and my weight lifting is really helping me at this time to get the weight down. I am trying to get back into lifting and it is tough as I have been away from it for so long but it is good to hit the iron.
81.7 kg Lost so far: 23.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
