Now I am channelling in my weight at 183 and will be stuck around 183 to 179 for a while and this is a tough time for me as it can be depressing, but I know if I keep at it for a while the weight will drop once again.
83.0 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
