Ouch I did a big gain today and that is not good. I think the salad I have for dinner with the 3 bean salad is too much and will cut that out. I have these 30 pounds to lose and will be thrilled when it comes off but I can see that maintaining a weight loss is also tough.
83.7 kg Lost so far: 22.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
