Little weight loss but I am getting my weight re adjusted and really working out at the gym so this is good. All boils down to hitting the treadmill more and of course weights. I am debating if I should work out more with weights as opposed to the treadmill but I have given myself the rest of my life to lose this weight.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 23.0 kg.    Still to go: 14.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
