Did full body workouts Tuesday Wednesday Thursday. Cheated on Superbowl Sunday. Got right back to my ketogenic diet on Monday. I'm basically doing a REALLY clean keto Monday through Friday so just baked/grilled chicken and salad with the only dressing being a tablespoon of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. On the weekends I eat dirty but still within my daily caloric intake of 2,200. If I drink alcohol I cut it to only once or twice a week, and only straight liquor with either seltzer water or diet coke. I've been on this program for 16 days, I've lost 6 pounds. By March I will no longer do full body workouts per day, instead I will switch to the Kris Gethin 12 week transformation plan that isolates different muscle groups per day.

Right now I'm 186lbs with 23-25% body fat. With my training I will get to 180-185lbs with about 10-12% body fat within 8-10 months.
84.1 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
