Pizza on Sunday is a killer as I only have 2 pieces but it is loaded with cheese and sodium and it does make me gain. Been working out more at the gym and it is fun as I have been doing some different exercises like bear crawl, jump rope and it seems to work great for me.
86.9 kg Lost so far: 18.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
