I am a little upset as I went off fatsecret and gained weight back now I have to go back and lose it again and that is bad. I am going to think positive and know that I will be fine and just relax with regard to my weight loss. No fun in losing weight but I will be fine.
86.7 kg Lost so far: 19.0 kg.    Still to go: 18.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
