Have to make sure and not eat so much and my calories have to come down a little bit each day and I will do this. Also, I really feel that circuit training is good for me as in half an hour you can really have a great workout and with all the different circuit training techniques you have an unlimited amount of exercise routines.
86.9 kg Lost so far: 18.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
