Had spaghetti and meat balls for dinner and then I went to the football game and had a brautwurst and that is not good for a person and I am sure that braut had a ton of sodium. Well today will be a great day and I am a little tired but that is ok I will be great at work.
88.0 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
