I am 10 pounds over my lightest and still over weight but not to worry I am sure it will all come off if I only start eating less and less. Portion control and journalizing.
87.8 kg Lost so far: 17.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
