Okay, I made it through the Holidays with another small loss.
I am so glad I decided to start this the day before Thanksgiving. I know I would have gained 10 lbs this holiday season if I hadn't been keeping an eye on what I was eating.
Also, thanks to Paige and the Holiday Survival challenge as well, the challenge really kept me aware of everything I was eating and doing.
Looking forward to BootCamp!
