Finally did drop but it has been hard. Eat less is my new mantra and eat half of what is given to me, I am the first to eat too much and that has got to change asap. Change the direction of my life and definitely change my thinking.
87.6 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
