Pleasant surprise today as I did not bloat up. Went and had a meal at a Mexican restaurant the the portions and the sodium was horrible and I barely survived that meal. Have to get back on the right track today.
87.6 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
