Got rid of some of that sodium and will try to avoid sodium at all costs. I really feel that weight loss after a point in time all comes down to the mental aspect of life. I have to work on this and I will be at 150 in no time.
88.3 kg Lost so far: 17.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
