Have to work on eating less and less as I am really stuck at this 190 or so weight and really feel that if I eat only 1600 calories per day that is the only way I will lose my weight and get back to 150 pounds.
87.7 kg Lost so far: 18.0 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
