Bad night last night as my son and I went out and had a good time but Long John Silver?? What was I thinking and the worst part is they gave me a senior discount. My son really laughed at that. So very sad to be old and fat like me but that is ok, I am on a good diet.
88.2 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
