Too much food and some Christmas cookies and what as I thinking of?? Have to really watch myself more and just slow down a little bit as too much food is so very bad for me and I have to get this weight down.
88.2 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
