Ate Chinese food for lunch and that is enough sodium to upset any diet and then to a Christmas party last night and had a good time but man oh man too much food and not enough exercise.
88.2 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
