No gain and that is a great thing but man oh man I have 40 pounds to go and I have to eek out every pound but I will be fine slow and steady will win this race.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 18.2 kg.    Still to go: 19.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
