Christmas season has not been good for me too many chocolates and not enough exercise and I will get back on track I am 16 pounds more than I want to be but I will lose it soon enough.
88.9 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
