Too many chocolates and that is bad for a dieter but they are so good. More fruit and more staying away from fatty foods plus got to get my calories down to 1600 per day.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
