Been tough lately but feel I am coming to a good part of my life and things are going to get alot better and easier but I just have to keep praying and keep journalizing all the more.
89.5 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
