Went to the gym tonight. Did 40 min on the eliptical and burned 506 cals. Then did 2 sets of 12 reps on each of the arm machines. Stepped on the scale before I left and discovered I have lost 3 lbs since last week. Yay :)
119.9 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 29.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
