Have been going to OA on a weekly basis and I find that my weight gain is connected to my anxiety in life so need to do the OA and I enjoy it.
82.7 kg Lost so far: 23.0 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
