Am feeling a bit uncomfortable with regard to my weight loss and this is a great thing as the more I feel uncomfortable the better it is in that I am focusing on things that are positive.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 23.1 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
