This week found me traveling and spending time at a conference where the food was legendary. So, here I am on my liquid fast with tons of beautiful food and I can't touch a lick of it. Did I cheat? No, sir! I want this weight gone and I want it gone asap!
With that in mind, over these next few months I want to kick things into high gear! Two factors need to be kicked up: water and workouts! I also want to focus on my abs since I want this stomach to look fantastic by goal weight.
I realize too that temptation is coming these next two months, what with Thanksgiving and Christmas just weeks away. I intend to stare both these holidays right in the eye and make them blink! Time to end these fat boy days!
