Hmm , massa otot ? Ha ush exercise apapun aja , nanti ngecil sendiri . Tp lemaknya yg tmbh gede hehe

Menari termasuk cardio jika berlebihan bisa mengurangi massa otot.. mencegahnya pastikan kebutuhan protein tercukupi, cardio secukupnya aja, jika pny uang lebih pakai BCAA
