The hits just keep on coming...which pleases me to no end. I'm trying to take this into another gear: worked on the elliptical machine (my legs still ache from that adventure), bought a pilate mat so that I may begin doing that, and on the mind side of things, purchased a Kindle!
My concern now is making sure I take the proper steps to avoid slipping into old ways of being. I've decided that mid-March will be my transition time back to regular food. In order to make this transition successful I want to be hyper-vigilant about laying out what I eat each day (calendar and plan, even bring my food to events), stay way far away from those foods that I really love (such as pizza),and keep up this regime of recording what I eat, exercise, and drinking my water.
Finally, I believe it will take a few years in order to solidly have the right mindset in living a healthy lifestyle...I spent years learning bad habits and it will take years to learn and maintain good ones.
