Felt that I followed the diet well and have lost and must keep on daily working with this diet and remember it will take me a year to lose all of this weight and I am fine with that. Now I will get my daughter started and we can be diet buddies.
100.9 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 32.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
