Only lost half a pound today and I understand why as your body does slow down at times with regard to the weight loss. This is great I will do fantastic and I just need a diet buddy.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 32.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
