Gained half a pound and that is to be expected as I went up a bit. Think it could have been too much sodium in my diet, but not to worry I will keep on doing what I am doing and I have a year.
99.3 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
