I think I am doing ok on this diet so far but have to get more fruits and vegetables into the mix. Also, need to start more walking and more running in short bursts.
98.2 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 30.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
