Did ok on the diet and gained a pound but that is ok as it is to be expected, will just maintain my hard work and be done with it. Hard part is in the evening when I have a bad habit of wanting to eat too much.
98.0 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
