I think it is funny how a person can lose then go up and then lose and then go up in weight. I do know the trick is to be consistent but I wonder why on some days you can see a huge 2 pound drop and then oterh days spike up??? I guess I will just have to get to my goal weight of 150 pounds and then continue to watch my weight.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
