I am on a sticking point at this time and that is no fun but it is all right. I know I will be fine and I have been good on the old diet so it will come off, just have to stay steady and strong and know that I will drop about 3 pounds soon.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
