Did not walk yesterday as I was too tired and depressed but did not drink any water last night so dropped a pound and that is great. I have to be very careful in the evening so that I don't over eat as that is the time I like to look for things to eat. Go to the grocery store and get some diet root beer as that seems to be really good.
95.5 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 27.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
